18. Can inspect and inspect: (1) The Ministry or the official designated by the Ministry may inspect and inspect the broadcasting organization regarding whether or not the program is broadcast in accordance with the conditions mentioned in the Act, this regulation or the license and permit.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), if it is not found that the program has been broadcast in accordance with the conditions, the ministry may give an opportunity to work in accordance with the conditions once, and even if given such an opportunity, the re-inspection has been made that the work has not been carried out in accordance with the conditions. And if found through investigation, the Ministry may cancel the license or permit obtained by such broadcasting organization or person.

 (3) If it is found that someone has broadcasted or distributed any program in an unauthorized manner without obtaining a license or permit in accordance with the Act or this regulation, such Ministry It may take the device or equipment used to broadcast or distribute the program under its control or make necessary arrangements so that the device or equipment cannot be used. It shall be the duty of the concerned broadcasting organization to provide the necessary assistance or to make arrangements to watch or listen to a program at a place designated by the Ministry within the broadcasting area.
